So I was apparently writing a report but actually daydreaming about life when I overheard my colleague complaining about her job. Her voice was filled with vibes of tiredness, unhappiness, and dissatisfaction from the life she was living. “My friend works for 6 hours and gets paid more than 50k”, she says with hatred towards the society we live in and the societal pressure we bear. Her complaints actually forced my overthinking yet confused mind to think more deeply. As I was daydreaming about life, I was thinking of quitting; quitting the job I was doing, quite the life I dreamed of living, quitting the passion which required more hard work…. Quitting is easy. It’s just a single step, and you are done.
You think you are the only sailor on your ship. Like the ship, people will tell you that you can take it wherever you want, but the confounding factors are always ignored. Why are we not told that you can try but cannot make it all you want it to be. Rumi’s quote about life is very famous and lives as an inspiration to many people. It says, “When you want to achieve something by heart, the whole universe conspires you to get your destination.” It took many years and experience of different phases of life to find out the actual fact of life. Nobody dares to tell us that confounding factors make up our life; they are there, no matter what you do or how hard you try. But, what you can do is redefine your goals. Ask yourself what should be the ultimate goal of your being. The ultimate goal is to be happy, regardless of the job you take and the choices you make. Whatever life gives you, try to be happy in whatever situation you find yourself in. Because at the end of the day, what actually matters is you. Your job, your family, and the kind of life you are living is just a factor of our lives that we cannot change. Just live with it and try to live with it with courage and confidence. In today’s world, you will feel the difference between yourself and the other person more than 20 times a day, but you need to think about it before worrying. When you need to make a call and talk to your mom at the end of the day, your roommate might have an iPhone, and you have a simple one. The choice is yours; either you worry about the fact that you don’t have an iPhone or think about the ultimate purpose of the phone, which your phone is also fulfilling. So, never ever weigh your life by the external circumstances. Rather weigh it by the inner strength, happiness, and satisfaction. Be proud of your existence, your life, and your history. Because differences will be there, it will not always be the life you dreamed of, but it will still be life, beautiful in its own unique ways. Do what your heart says, but do it with courage, strength, and self-satisfaction because that’s what it takes to be happy in today’s world.

This looks like the most fun trip with your girlfriends ever. I love Chanel, I wear Chanel Chance every day and it’s my favorite scent. My boyfriend talks about Paris all the time! It might be worth the visit.
